QUALITY POLICY
Mission:
Through the implementation of its plans and projects and the intensive promotion of their products, the goal of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism is to shape the perception of the citizens of the Republic of North Macedonia and the citizens of the world about contemporary Macedonian culture, its accompanying cultural entities, and Macedonian cultural heritage. Furthermore, for the realization of cultural policy, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism starts from the understanding of culture as a way of life in which people, relying on tradition, creatively enhance the current reality with new achievements and values that promote human rights and freedoms.
Vision:
To develop a model that will enable the recognition, acknowledgment, and survival of Macedonian culture with all its elements and richness.
The quality policy of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism is based on the following fundamental principles:

Creating a climate that encourages creative and economically viable realization of cultural projects that are of priceless importance for the cultural identity of the Republic of North Macedonia and all its individuals from the multicultural society;

Appropriate management and revitalization of certain types of cultural heritage for socioeconomic development at the national and local levels;

Affirmation of national culture in countries of the region, the EU, and the world;

Monitoring, analysis, and creation of tourism policies;

Compliance with applicable legal regulations and requirements;

Quality, timely, and responsible services to users of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s services, including individuals, legal entities, and institutions;

Continuous education of staff, strengthening employee responsibility, and developing partnerships with all interested parties;

Constant improvement of processes and continuous enhancement of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard;

Providing a healthy working environment and training to raise employees' awareness for environmental protection.
The quality policy is available to the public and represents an obligation for all employees.
