In accordance with Article 70 of the Law on Culture (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” nos. 31/98, 49/03, 82/05, 24/07, 116/2010, 47/2011, 51/2011, 136/12, 23/13, 187/13, 44/14, 61/15, 154/15, 39/16, 11/18, and 265/24), national institutions shall submit to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in June of the current year for the following year, a draft annual programme for the institution’s operations.
The draft annual programme shall include the funds required for: programme activities, operating expenses of the institution, salaries and other compensations for employees and for external collaborators engaged in implementing the programme, material costs, and costs for capital maintenance, insurance, adaptation, and procurement of equipment for the institution.
The draft annual programme must include projects with a specification of costs by purpose and activity.
The draft programme form and the individual project forms by specific fields can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (www.kultura.gov.mk). They must be filled out electronically by entering the required data in the designated fields, and must be certified with the institution’s seal and signed by the authorized person. A separate form must be completed for each individual project, based on its relevant field.
The completed forms must be accompanied by the required supporting documents listed in each individual project form according to the relevant field.
Additional documents/materials that help further clarify the projects may also be submitted, if the institution considers them necessary. Documents/materials submitted with the forms will not be returned.
